We typically manufacture specialty hinges from steel, stainless steel and aluminum in metal thicknesses ranging from .035" thick to .187" thick. Our in house lasers provide you with virtually unlimited design flexibility and creativity. Many of our customers have found significant improvements in overall product performance by incorporating the specialty hinge design into secondary flanges or doors. By providing our customers with this design freedom, we reduce overall landed cost, improve the aesthetics, and eliminate the need for secondary operations and the problems inherent to welding or other forms of assembly.
